11 I joined the Scouts. There were only about eight of us in our troop and we were not very organised. Quite often Skip; the Scout Leader, didn’t turn up. But we weren’t bothered. We just went off down the woods and had a good time doing the sort of things that Gribble; the Alien Scout teaches Dimbert how to do in ‘Bing Bang Boogie, It’s a Boy Scout.’ Such as........ |

At the week-ends we often went
off hiking and camping. Just like the 3rd Balsawood Road Scouts do in... ‘Ging Gang Goolie, it’s an Alien.’ |

| Now I’m a writers
& illustrator I have to spending a lot of time sitting at a desk or
drawing board but I like to get outside as much and as often as I can. (Not long ago my wife & I walked ‘The Two Moors Way’. Over 100 miles in a week) |
